A wine journal that stays yours.
Something broken, confusing, or a wine we got wrong? Write to us.
Or use the contact form.
We read everything. If you're reporting a bug, telling us your iPhone model and iOS version saves a round of questions.
Check your spam folder first. Sign-in emails are limited to a few per hour, so if you asked for several, wait a little and try once more. Open the link on the same phone where you asked for it; links opened on another device don't work. You can also sign in with Apple.
Your journal syncs when you're signed in with the same account on both devices and have a connection. Open the app on both and give it a moment. If you used the app without an account first, your wines stay on that phone until you sign in there.
For a wine list, take the photo straight on, in good light, with the whole list sharp. For bottles, get close enough that the labels can be read; a price tag counts only when it's clearly under its bottle. You can read up to 20 photos a day. "Help me pick a wine" needs you to be signed in.
Prices are found automatically in online shops and can be for another vintage or bottle size, or simply out of date. You can always type in a price you know. You can check up to 15 prices a day. If one is clearly wrong, tell us the wine and the price shown.
Tell us which region, grape or lesson it was. Wine is full of exceptions and we'd rather fix it than have you repeat it at dinner.
The owner of a collection creates an invitation in the collection's screen. Each invitation works once and for seven days. You can leave a collection, remove what you added, block a member, or report an entry from inside the collection.
Settings → Export saves your whole journal as a file (JSON with photos, or CSV for spreadsheets). You can also import CSV exports from Vivino, CellarTracker or a spreadsheet.
Settings → Delete account. It deletes your account, journal and photos from our servers and your phone. You may be asked to sign in again first. If something goes wrong, write to us and we'll finish it for you.
Our privacy policy explains what leaves your phone and why. The terms of use are short.
